A name or location entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not keep or log those search terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or contact submission may be retained long enough to respond and maintain the exchange. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our servers receive routine technical details when a page loads:
- Page-view times and the pages visited

No Criminal-Record Data on File
Red River County Criminal History does not compile, retain, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It publishes general access information for the Red River County Sheriff, the criminal courts, the Texas Department of Public Safety Crime Records Service, and the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. Visitor data is not assembled into third-party criminal histories or consumer reports, and this website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. A partner's privacy policy, retention period, and sharing rules apply to information submitted through its tool. Review those terms before running a query because we do not control the partner's data practices.
Links to Other Websites
Links to courts, sheriff pages, Texas agencies, legal resources, and search tools lead to independently operated websites. Their policies govern after a visitor follows a link, so those policies should be read before personal information is provided.
Advertising companies may use their own systems to observe activity across websites and tailor ads. We do not operate that tracking technology.

We do not sell personal data. Limited information may be available to:
